Two Domains I Hand Registered Today And The GoDaddy Codes I Used To Do It
Today I registered two domain names for the whopping total of $16.34. I spent a few extra minutes looking for a good GoDaddy code because the old one that I mentioned in my previous blog entry is no longer active. I registered the following domain names:
KnifeSharpeningKit.com – I own quite a few kit domain names. Some I have developed into affiliate sites and some I plan to turn into real e-commerce sites. I might actually leave this domain name undeveloped since it is a good candidate to be flipped. Although I only own about two knives, I was instantly drawn to the potential of this name. All knives need to be sharpened at one point or another, so why not sharpen it right by picking up a knife sharpening kit.
BookBindingKit.com – I was surprised to see that someone let this domain name go. Book binding kits are big business, especially for the educational industry. I was happy to snag this domain name for $8.17. I might leave this domain name undeveloped as well and seek a few end-users for it.
The GoDaddy code that I used was BACON3. Without the code the domain names would of cost $12.17 a piece. Happy Regging!

Not to burst your bubble but why didn’t you just google “domain” and use the Go Daddy link in the sponsored ad box? I just did that and it is showing 4.95 for up to three names, excluding icann fees.
This is the code I was looking for earlier! I’m glad you simplified my search! I tried using a $4.95 code a little earlier and it didn’t work. I’m off to register three more domain names! Thanks for the comment!
Hi Jason
I got a nice one for reg price too: AppsForLaptops.com -> what do You think?
Right now AppsForSale.com is being auctioned off at 9800 USD at SEDO
regards
Once you’ve regged your $4.95 names, feel free to register some more (up to 5) for $5.99 at GoDaddy with coupon cjc599V
Thanks Joe! It is time to go on a mini domain shopping spree.
Just regged the following three domains for $4.95 each:
MISHAWAKADENTIST.COM
PETFURNITURESTORE.COM
CELEBRITYFASHIONSTORE.COM
Now it’s time to register five more names! Joe made me do it!
Jason,
The first place I go and the best place to find and keep track of GoDaddy discount codes is at NameForum.
In the Domain Name Discussion section of the forum is a very popular thread called GoDaddy Discount Codes.
Since there are so many contributors posting daily you can normally find the most current codes and updates when the codes stop working.
You will also find many tips and strategies in finding and using the codes including those as mentioned above in your Comment section.
You don’t have to be a paid member of NamePros to access the thread.
Try it, you’ll like it.
Trico,
I couldn’t agree with you more. That is a thread I have visited countless times in the past. I have to admit, I’ve been ignoring my favorite domaining forums lately. Sometimes it’s just easier to punch in a few searches on Google.
I also like this digitalpoint thread:
2012 GoDaddy Discount codes

As with anything domain related I always try to utilize a promo code. Unfortunately due to time constraints, it isn’t always the best promo.
Thanks for the comment Trico!
